Ingredients | Directions |
6 eggs Peel of one lime | 1 In a large stainless steel bowl, whisk eggs and lime peel till pale and aerated. |
2.5 cups condensed milk | 2 Add the condensed milk to the mixture, while whisking on a low speed. Increase speed, to combine well. |
3.5 cups evaporated milk | 3 Incorporate evaporated milk and whisk. |
4 Pour in white rum and bitters. Stir with a spoon. | |
1 tsp. Ground nutmeg | 5 Sprinkle nutmeg into mixture and give it a quick whisk. |
| 6 Using a fine mesh strainer/ funnel, store in glass bottles and refrigerate. The beverage can be stored for a couple weeks. The longer it is stored, the more intense the flavor. |
Serving suggestion: ice | 7 Serve chilled, over ice. |
