Ingredients | Directions | |
1/2 cup popcorn kernels 2 tablespoons avocado/ coconut oil | 1 Add popcorn to a stainless saucepan. Pour oil over popcorn kernels. | |
1 piece heavy duty aluminum foil | 2 Cover saucepan with foil (securing sides of pot). Using a knife, make 5 slits in foil. Set heat to medium-high. | |
| 3 Popping will start slowly and then become rapid. There is no need to touch or shake the pot. | |
| 4 Eventually popping will slow and come to a stop. Off heat and remove pot from burner. | |
1 teaspoon pink himalayan salt | 5 Sprinkle with salt | |
Serving suggestions: you can also melt a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan/ or microwave and drizzle over popcorn | 4 Top with melted butter | |
