1 1/4 Cups filtered water 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (sweetener of choice) | 1 In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together water, cocoa powder and sweetener. Reduce heat to low for 3 minutes. | |
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons MCT oil | 2 Add heavy cream and MCT oil. Combine gently. | |
3 Stir in nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Serve. | | |
Serving suggestions: Keto marshmallows, whipped cream or cocoa powder | 4 Top with whipping cream/ marshmallows or a dusting of cocoa powder. | |
